One or more of our attorneys have represented individuals and insurance companies in defending and making tort claims related to personal injuries, failure to pay wages required under federal law insurance law, and civil rights claims under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 -- also known as Section 1983. We have handled these cases in state and federal courts in North Georgia and South Georgia.
